Mold Inspection services:
include Visual inspection, Mold sampling, MVOC sampling, lab testing, environmental assessment, and proposed suggestions for how to handle whatever work might be needed. You can rely on our services to collect the information you need to make the educated decisions required to provide a healthier indoor environment for you and your family or business.
Indoor Air Quality Assessment:
includes air sampling to assess for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's) for both organic compounds from chemicals, and Mold VOC's from actively growing molds that are off-gassing. All homes have smells. These are usually from personal hygiene products, cleaning supplies, paints, carpeting, upholstered furniture or air fresheners / plug-ins. The lab will test for 400 different chemical compounds to help you identify problems in your environment.
Molds that are actively growing can produce compounds causing that can be potentially hazardous to humans. Sometimes mold is 'hidden' and you aren't even aware it's there, but have physical symptoms that cant' be explained. This is a good reason for and INddor Air Quality Assessment.
We also offer a line of cleaning products that are environmentally friendly and safe should you need to clean up some mold in your home / building.
